This budget isn't just about numbers; it's about the children inspired by a renewed education system, the families which will receive adequate attention at our healthcare facilities, and the dreams realized through thriving infrastructure and economic opportunities.
This budget belongs to all of us, and its success hinges on our collective effort. I urge you, my fellow citizens, to be worthy collaborators. Pay your levies, dues, rents, and rates. Let us invest in our future, together.
