Anyigba, Kogi State - In a heartwarming turn of events, a pregnant woman named Memunatu Idris unexpectedly gave birth to a healthy baby boy right in front of the Anyigba police station, with the help of kind passersby.
Memunatu, a resident of Omedo Area in Anyigba, Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State, was on her way to the hospital when she went into labor. As she reached the front of the police station, she was unable to make it any further and began to deliver her baby.
Fortunately, concerned bystanders rushed to Memunatu's aid, assisting her with the unexpected roadside delivery. Despite the unusual circumstances, the birth was a success, and both the mother and the newborn baby boy are reported to be safe and doing well.
"God is good, the baby and mother are very much safe," expressed a relieved Memunatu after the successful delivery.
