Dignitaries from various walks of life, were on Tuesday,June 18,2024;stormed Ogunmodede College,the venue of this year's Ojude Oba Festival in Epe Land,where they joined
the Indigenes and Non-indigenes to celebrate His Royal Majesty, Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun and rejoiced with his people.
Some of the dignitaries,including, the new Balogun of Epe Land, and member, House of Assembly,Hon. Abiodun Mustain Tobun; Bashorun of Epe Land, Engr. Adeniyi Ogunsanya;the Chief Imam of Epe Land,Fadeelat Sheikh,AbdulKabir Oriyomi Shamura; The Deputy,Vice Chancellor,Lagos State University of Education (LASUED),Dr. Morufdeen Adeniyi Shittu; APC L.G.A Chairman,Epe Local Government,The Tutor- General /Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Education District IV,Prince Adesegun Olawale Osinaike;Hon. Oloruntoyin Gbadamoshi;and the representatives of Alaro City; while talking to the pressmen at the event,felicitated with the sons and daughters of Epe Land,home and Abroad. They advised them not to neglect their source but come back home and contribute their quotas towards the development of the community.They specially expressed heartfelt appreciation to Oba Animashaun,on his superb leadership qualities as they wished him longer reign on the throne of his fore-fathers.
Oba Animashaun,after acknowledging the homage from his subjects,showered his royal blessing on them,President Bola Ahmed Tinubu;Governor Babajide Olushola Sanwoolu;and other representatives of Epe in various appointed/ elected offices.
