The Honourable Councilor representing the good people of Oki/Alaguntan Ward in Agbado Oke Odo LCDA, Hon. Busola Afolabi, calls on all constituents to unequivocally reject the national protest planned by unknown leaders, who are aiming to destroy the peace and unity of our dear country, Nigeria. The protest threatens to disrupt our communities and hinder the progress towards resolving the economic challenges we face.
Hon. Busola Afolabi acknowledged the current economic hardship in the country, but emphasizes the importance of allowing the government's intervention and policies to take effect. The measures are designed to address and alleviate the economic difficulties that many residents are experiencing.
She said, engaging in the protests could lead to violence and disorder will only exacerbate the situation and delay the much-needed recovery.
Hon. Afolabi urges all residents of Oki/Alaguntan Ward to exercise patience and support the ongoing efforts of the government at the state and national levels.
