In line with the global call to action, the National Youth Council Of Nigeria, Ikorodu West Local Branch, joined millions around the world to commemorate International World Cleanup Day. It's aimed at raising awareness on the importance of a clean environment and sustainable living with the theme, "Make Room For Life,"
The community engagement was organised by the National Youth Council of Nigeria Ikorodu West Local Branch, and the event saw hundreds of volunteers participating in various cleanup exercises, transforming key public spaces, markets, streets, and drainage systems. Armed with gloves and trash.
The events was aimed to drive social development and community engagement within the communities and five (5) Ward's in Ikorodu West Lcda.
