PDP out as APP wins 22 out of 23 local govt chairmanship seats in Rivers state

 

The Action People's Party (APP) has secured 22 chairmanship positions out of 23 in the just-concluded local government election in Rivers State.

The Chief Election Officer of RSIEC, Justice Adolphus Enebeli, announced the results on Saturday in Port Harcourt.

Etche Local Government Area Results Pending_: The announcement of results for Etche Local Government Area has been suspended due to ongoing collation of results. 319 Councillorship Seats to be Declared Later_: The results for the 319 councillorship seats will be declared alongside the Etche LGA results at a later date.
