Nollywood star actress, Ronke Odusanya, has spoken candidly about her early days in the film industry, praising fellow actor and producer, Femi Adebayo, for his professionalism and integrity.
In a media interview, Odusanya a.k.a. Flakky Ididowo, recounted how Femi supported her career without ever taking advantage of her during vulnerable moments.
“Femi Adebayo had the opportunity to force me to sleep in bed with him but he didn’t do it,” she said during the interview, adding that there were pressures by colleagues on her to offer herself to earn rapid growth in the industry but Femi maintained himself as a man of integrity.
Ronke stressed that despite the frequent tales of s€xu@l harassments in the movie industry, her experience with Femi was completely respectful and encouraging.
“He was in a position of influence. He could have taken advantage, but instead he gave me space to grow and mentored me genuinely,” Ronke said.
