APC RECONCILIATION COMMITTEE STORMS EPE FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY, PREACHES UNITY AND PATIENCE AMONG ASPIRANTS

Lagostrendradiotv report that the Lagos State All Progressives Congress (APC) Reconciliation Committee, under the leadership of the respected Dr. Lateef Ibirogba, visited the Epe Local Government Secretariat, a convergence point for Epe LG, Eredo LCDA, and Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, as part of its statewide tour to engage aggrieved aspirants following the recently concluded APC Chairmanship Primaries.

The visit was timely, purposeful, and peaceful, aimed at fostering unity, addressing grievances, and reinforcing party discipline among members and aspirants in Epe Federal Constituency.

Dr. Ibirogba, while addressing the gathering, began by appreciating the Almighty God for sustaining everyone and for the successful celebration of the Eid al-Adha festival. He described the atmosphere in Epe as peaceful and spiritually uplifting.

He delivered a heartfelt message from the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who urged all party members to remain calm and focused, assuring them that no one will be left behind in the journey of destiny. “Everyone’s time will come — it is the will of God, and His blessings never cease,” he said.

Chairmanship and councillorship aspirants from the three councils were given the opportunity to air their grievances. They spoke passionately, yet respectfully, about their experiences, concerns, and hopes for the future of the party in Epe Division.

In response, Dr. Ibirogba appealed for unity and patience, emphasizing that true compensation and reward come only from God. He warned against relying on human promises and reminded everyone that, as of now, no political appointments have been made by President Tinubu, urging them to stay hopeful and prayerful.

He also addressed the Executive Chairmen, Princess Surah Animashaun of Epe LG, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye of Eredo LCDA, and Hon. Wale Raji Anomo of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, charging them to lead with humility, embrace inclusiveness, and ensure their administrations are open, accommodating, and people oriented.

The meeting ended on a high note, with renewed hope, strengthened bonds, and a collective commitment to the continued growth of the APC and the development of Epe Division.

Indeed, unity remains our strength, and with faith, patience, and loyalty, the future holds promise for all.
