*PUBLIC NOTICE!*

The Electoral/Screening Committee of Epe Division Community Annual Award (EDCAA) wishes to express its sincere appreciation to the esteemed residents and indigenes of Epe Division for their active participation in the just concluded nomination exercise/process for the 2026 EDCAA Awards.

We acknowledge and appreciate all nominations received in recognition of outstanding individuals who have demonstrated commitment to community development and selfless service across Epe Division.

However, we wish to inform the public that some of the nominated personalities have previously won the EDCAA Award.

In line with our award policy, previous beneficiaries are generally not eligible to contest again, except under special circumstances.

This policy is designed to promote inclusiveness, fairness and equal opportunities by recognising more deserving personalities who have contributed meaningfully to the development of Epe Division but have yet to benefit from the award.

The shortlisted nominees will be officially unveiled on November 1st, alongside the voting link, to enable members of the public to start voting(online voting) for their preferred candidates/personalities.

Voting will officially commence on Sunday, November 1, 2026, and close on Saturday, November 21, 2026(3 weeks exercise).

The winners will be determined by the number of votes recorded for each nominee.

We encourage all participants to look forward to the next stage of the process and continue supporting the recognition of deserving individuals whose contributions have positively impacted our communities.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation, enthusiasm and continued commitment to celebrating our heroes and heroines across Epe Division.

We wish all shortlisted nominees the very best of luck!

Signed:
EDCAA AWARD ELECTORAL/SCREENING COMMITTEE.
