The Oloja of epe land Hrm Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun received with shock and sadness the report of the death of the Iyaloja of Ita opo Alhaja Ashabi Adenuga who passed away on the 1st of March 2025 and was buried on Monday according to Islamic rights
Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun says the late Iyaloja was a towering figure within the trading community and a woman whose warm demeanour and kindness earned her tremendous respect among her peers and younger generations of marketers.
He says the death of Iyaloja Alhaja Ashabi Adenuga was a very vibrant woman among the market women and the community at large.
Hrm Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun sends his heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and associates of the Iyaloja, and beseeches Allaah to admit her to al-jannah Firdaus.
