Education once again took the spotlight in Eredo Local Council Development Area as the Executive Chairman, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to youth development and academic excellence.
Earlier today at the LCDA Secretariat, aspiring candidates for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination were warmly received as the Chairman, ably represented by the Vice Chairman, Hon. Lateef Adesanaya, facilitated the distribution of 150 JAMB forms to deserving students across the council area.
The initiative stands as a clear testament to the administration’s people-centered leadership and dedication to empowering the next generation. By providing free JAMB forms, the council has once again demonstrated that its promises are matched with meaningful action—removing financial barriers and opening doors to higher education for many young scholars.

Speaking at the event, the representative of the Chairman emphasized that education remains the cornerstone of sustainable development and social transformation. He reiterated that the present administration will continue to invest in programs that inspire hope, create opportunities, and prepare youths for a brighter and more competitive future.
For many beneficiaries, the gesture was more than financial support—it was a renewed sense of confidence and encouragement to pursue their academic aspirations without limitation.
This laudable effort further cements Eredo LCDA’s reputation as a council that prioritizes knowledge, inclusiveness, and youth empowerment. Indeed, when leadership is purposeful and compassionate, communities thrive and futures are secured.

Education remains the master key, and under the leadership of Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, no effort will be spared in building a knowledgeable, empowered, and prosperous generation for Eredo LCDA.
