WE LOST A RARE GEM: CHIEF GABRIEL AYODELE AGBABIAKA JP, BAAMETO OF EJINRIN KINGDOM, PASSES ON

EPE DIVISION MOURNS A POLITICAL JUGGERNAUT, LEADER AND COMMUNITY ICON

The people of Epe Division, Lagos State, have been thrown into mourning following the passing of Chief Gabriel Ayodele Agbabiaka JP, the Baameto of Ejinrin Kingdom, a respected political leader, community builder and dependable statesman.

The sad news was received with profound shock and sadness, particularly by those who had the privilege of working closely with the late Chief, whose contributions to politics, community development and the progress of Epe Division earned him immense respect and admiration.

Describing his death as the loss of a rare gem, a political associate and close ally expressed deep sorrow over the passing of the revered leader, saying:

«“I received a rude shock at the demise of a political juggernaut, my father, my leader and a great dependable ally, Chief Gabriel Ayodele Agbabiaka JP.”»

Chief Agbabiaka was widely regarded as a man of courage, wisdom, loyalty and political experience. Beyond his political engagements, he was a father figure and dependable ally to many who found inspiration, guidance and support in his leadership.

His departure is not only a great loss to his immediate family, but also to Ejinrin Kingdom, Epe Division and Lagos State, where his presence and contributions will be deeply missed.

As tributes continue to pour in, friends, associates, political stakeholders, traditional institutions and members of the community are expected to honour the memory of a man whose life touched many people and whose legacy will continue to speak for him.
