ARMY CHILDREN HIGH SCHOOL, EPE SET FOR 45TH ANNIVERSARY AS OLD STUDENTS VISIT ORIJERU OF IGBOOYE KINGDOM

  Preparations are in top gear for the 45th Anniversary Celebration of Army Children High School, Epe, as members of the Old Students Anniversary Committee paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Majesty, Oba (Tpl) Abdulrasaq Akanni Musa, the Orijeru of Igbooye Kingdom, Epe, Lagos State. WATCH VIDEO BELOW  Visitation of His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdulrasaq Akanni Musa, Lagostrend report that the visit was aimed at formally informing the traditional ruler about the forthcoming anniversary celebration and presenting the activities lined up to mark the historic milestone. His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdulrasaq Akanni Musa, who is also an old student of Army Children High School, Epe, warmly received the committee and expressed his support for the anniversary celebration. During the visit, the monarch shared valuable advice with members of the committee, encouraging them to ensure that the anniversary becomes a memorable celebration that reflects the school’s contributions to education, character development and the growth of Epe and its surrounding communities The Orijeru of Igbooye Kingdom also pledged his support and promised to participate in the various activities scheduled for the anniversary celebration. Among its distinguished products are three traditional rulers (Obas), alongside several prominent professionals, leaders and accomplished individuals in different fields of endeavour. The anniversary therefore provides an opportunity for old students, stakeholders and the entire Epe community to come together, celebrate the school’s achievements and discuss ways of strengthening its legacy for future generations. CALL FOR SUPPORT AND PARTICIPATION The Old Students Anniversary Committee is using this opportunity to warmly invite the general public, old students, parents, friends of the school, corporate organisations, government officials, community leaders and well-wishers to be part of this historic 45th anniversary celebration.
