Popular Nigerian cleric and founder of Rock Word Church and Dominion International, Pastor Adamson Aromaegbe, has died.

Aromaegbe, a Port Harcourt-based gospel preacher, reportedly died on Friday. The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear. The church confirmed his death in a statement issued on Sunday by Rev. Nnamdy Echezona.
Church Confirms Aromaegbe’s Death
The church described Aromaegbe as a respected preacher, teacher and leader who touched many lives through his ministry. According to the statement, “Dr Aromaegbe was a faithful servant of God, visionary leader, teacher, mentor and Kingdom builder whose life and ministry touched countless lives.”
The church said his death marked the end of a life devoted to Christian ministry. It also urged members and supporters to remember his family in their prayers.
“Though we deeply miss his physical presence, we rejoice in the hope we have in Christ and celebrate a life well lived, a race well run and a legacy that will continue for generations.”
Church Appeals For Prayers
The church leadership urged members, friends and well-wishers to pray for Aromaegbe’s family and the entire Dominion International community. It added that details of his “Celebration of Life” would be announced later.
Aromaegbe founded and led Rock Word Church and Dominion International. He was also known for his work as a gospel preacher and teacher. His death has since drawn reactions from members of his church and others familiar with his ministry.
