LAGOS ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE THUMB UP OJOKORO LCDA,s REMARKABLE DEVELOPMENTAL STRIDES.

It was the turn of ‘The land of Prosperity, Ojokoro Local Council Development Area to host the Lagos State House of Assembly Committee on Local Government Administration, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development and the Committee members were not disappointed.
The delegation which were received from the entrance of the council by the Executive Chairman, Councillors, Executive Members, Management Staff, HODs and Ojokoro youth cultural troupes which left the committee members with no option than to ‘Shake Body’ from the vibes of the troupe.
The delegation was ably led by the chairman, *Hon. Sanni Ganiyu Okanlawon,* embarked on an extensive inspection of various infrastructural and people oriented projects across the council area.
The visit provided the distinguished state legislators the firsthand opportunity to assess the quality, impact and value of the numerous developmental initiatives undertaken within a very short period by the present administration led by *Hon. Barr. Oluyemisi Adenike Rosiji.*
In his conclusive remark on the inspection of the exercise which was also comprehensively highlighted via a multimedia presentation delivered by the council’s Public Affairs Unit, *Hon. Sanni Ganiyu Okanlanwon,* acknowledged the achievements of the present administration of Ojokoro LCDA as classical and outstanding, significantly at a very short period, noting that there is no better adjective to describe the council’s infrastructural development than “Superlative” admitting the fact that no wonder the executive chairman is being referred to as “MAMA PROJECTS”.
He furthermore encouraged Councillors, Supervisors and HOD,s to be more committed and continue working as a team with the executive chairman for the success of any administration depends largely on team work, understanding and support of the followers.
In her response, the Executive Chairman of Ojokoro LCDA, *Hon. Barr. Oluyemisi Adenike Rosiji* on behalf of the Councillors, Supervisors, Management Staffs, HODs and the good people of Ojokoro Local Council Development Area expressed her profound appreciation to the committee for the visit and the encouraging assessment while reaffirmed her administration’s commitment to delivering more people-centred projects that will continue to enhance the quality of lives in the lcda and accelerate the socio-economic development of Ojokoro LCDA.
She attributed the administration’s achievement so far to the unwavering support of the leaders and people of Ojokoro, the cooperation and understanding of the Councillors and Supervisors, the dedication of the management team and staff and above all, the enabling environment provided by the Lagos State Government.
