The League of Imams and Alfas, Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), on Friday, 7th March 2026, organized a special Ramadan Tafsir for the Ajayi Family in Lekki Town, drawing Islamic scholars, community leaders, and Muslim faithful together for spiritual reflection during the sacred month of Ramadan.

The well-attended gathering provided a platform for deeper understanding of the teachings of the Holy Qur’an, as clerics delivered insightful interpretations and messages centered on faith, unity, compassion, and community development.

The event was graced by the presence and support of Hon. Oladele Ajayi (Oladbaba), Honourable Member representing Ibeju-Lekki Constituency II at the Lagos State House of Assembly, whose dedication to grassroots engagement, community growth, and religious harmony continues to earn admiration across the constituency.

During the Tafsir session, special prayers were offered for the Ajayi Family, while clerics and participants also prayed for lasting peace, unity, and continued development of Lekki LCDA, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State, and Nigeria at large.

The Ramadan Lecture (Tafsirul Qur’an) was hosted by Hon. Oladele Ajayi in honour and remembrance of the fallen founding fathers of the Ajayi Family in Lekki Town, celebrating their legacy and contributions to the growth and unity of the community.

The gathering further reinforced the importance of Ramadan as a period of spiritual renewal, community bonding, and collective prayers for a better society.
