APC Disowns Fake List of Primary Election Winners, Urges Public to Ignore False Publications

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially rejected a purported list of primary election winners currently circulating across social media and other online platforms, describing it as fake, misleading, and unauthorized.
In a statement, the party urged members, supporters, and the general public to disregard the document, stressing that it did not originate from the APC or any of its authorized organs.
The party emphasized that only official announcements released through its recognized communication channels should be considered authentic, warning that the circulation of false information is capable of causing unnecessary confusion and misleading party faithful.
APC further reassured aspirants and stakeholders that the party remains committed to conducting a transparent and credible primary election process, with official results to be communicated through the appropriate channels at the right time.
The party called on the public to verify election-related information before sharing it and encouraged members to rely solely on verified APC platforms for accurate updates.
The APC reaffirmed its commitment to fairness, transparency, and due process, while urging Nigerians to ignore unauthorized publications designed to spread misinformation.
